The following are the basic documents required to support an application for an European Union citizenship:
. Passport pages showing photograph, signature, passport number and place of issue;
. Police Certificate (Clearance Letter);
. Marriage Certificate (if married);
. Divorce Certificate (Required if your new spouse is also applying);
. Character references (This must not be family members) Referencee may be a doctor, lawyer, accountant. The name, address and phone numbers of the referencee are required.
. Health Certificate showing that the applicant is not suffering from any contagious disease including HIV This is a requirement for both adults and children.
. Photographs Eight (8) passport size photographs are required. They must all be from the same negative.
