Payment Details

Please note: Due to the global nature of our business, we have a strict "full payment with order" policy. We regret that we cannot help with credit and suggest that if you have a 'ready cash' problem you make your own arrangements. We are able to take payment for any of their offshore companies and services by the following methods:

1.  Wire Transfer from Your Bank using the SWIFT System:
This method is what we recommend (and prefer) and is used by over 95% of our Clients. Payment by wire transfer is normally quick and clears through to our account within 2 to 4 working days, but there are sometimes delays where a week or more can go by without us being notified - this is usually the result of several intermediary banks being involved in the transfer. If you are concerned, please ask us to double check with our bank whilst you do the same with yours.

2. Western Union:
This method can be used by clients who wish to make quick or small payments. There is a US$4000.00 limit to all Western Union tranfers and an additional fee of 3% is charged to accept this type of payment due to the exchange rate in Costa Rica (Western Unions Transfers cannot be withdrawn in US dollars in Costa Rica).

3. Cashier's Checks:
You must contact us for details. All Cashier's Checks must be drawn off of major US Banks.


IMPORTANT. Due to recent changes in the international banking regulations, money remitters such as Western Union now have a very much reduced reporting limit imposed on them - we believe the actual amount varies geographically but from several reports it is as low as US$1,000!  Partly because of this (and for other privacy reasons), we DO NOT take WU transfers in the name of our company but always in the personal name of one of our members of staff! This is for your own protection since any such transfer, irrespective of amount and reporting, will then seem to be a purely personal transfer to a friend or relative and in no way connected with anything 'offshore'.  Please contact us before sending payment to allow us to provide you with a name and transfer destination. Do not forget to supply us with a Western Union reference number for the transaction (Money Transfer Control Number) together with the name and address of the sender (the person who actually completed the WU form, not necessarily you of course) once the funds have been transferred.

4. PayPal:  Please contact us
